BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 2000 block of Gunbarrel Road, being off the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road southwest of Shallowford Road. Part of proposed lot 19, Gunbarrel Commons, not yet recorded; being part of the property described in deed book 3308, page 782, ROHC. To find the true point of beginning of said part of lot, start at the southeast corner of lot 1, Gunbarrel Crossing, as shown by plat of record in plat book 52, page 67, ROHC, thence southwest 24.94 feet with the extension of the southeast line of said lot 1 to the northwesternmost corner of said proposed lot 19, thence southeast 162.34 feet with the northeast line of said lot 19 to a point in the eastern limit of the present C-2 zone, the true point of beginning, thence continuing southeast some 38 feet with the northeast line of lot 19 to a corner therein, thence northeast some 430 feet with the northwest line of lot 19 to a point 10 feet southwest of the southwest line of a proposed 80 foot wide private road, thence southeast 50 feet parallel to said road, thence southwest some 415 feet with the southeast line of lot 19 to a corner therein, thence southeast some 221 feet with the northeast line of lot 19 to the most eastern corner thereof, thence southwest some 646 feet with the southeast line of lot 19 to the southeast corner thereof, thence northwest some 314.58 feet with the southwest line of lot 19 to a corner therein on the eastern limit of the present C-2 zone, thence northeast some 686 feet with the current C-2 zoning line to the true point of beginning.
